The Role
This is a hands-on, varied role. While the focus is on general tractor work to support our arable outputs, you will also be involved in:

- Feeding and bedding cattle
- Day-to-day livestock care and welfare
- General machinery maintenance and support tasks across the estate
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a skilled tractor driver with:

- Sound mechanical knowledge
- A strong commitment to animal welfare
- A proactive, positive attitude
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a small team
- A valid UK driving licence
