This stunning five bedroom (all ensuite) house has now opened as our first Bed and Breakfast (serving continental breakfasts with local produce). The bedrooms have been named after some beautiful parts of the estate and each has a flatscreen TV and above all, our luxurious beds have been specially chosen and are super comfortable!
Each room has been designed by the team at Monzie with Monzie Joinery building the beautiful kitchen and fitted wardrobes.

The kitchen is kitted out with everything you need to cater for a large group including fridge/freeze, separate fridge, 2 coffee makers, dishwasher, range cooker and more than enough crockery and cutlery.
Dining area can seat up to 12 comfortably
Living area features 3 luxury sofas, a wood burning stove, a TV/DVD with a selection of books and games. The kitchen, dining and living area is a spacious open plan design.
First floor - there is a storage cupboard and two bedrooms. Loch More is a kingsize bedroom with a huge amount of storage space and large shower room. Lavinshock is a super-king bedroom that can be split into a twin. This is our largest room has ample storage, a sofa and a spacious bathroom with bath and shower over the bath.
Second floor - features an airy landing and three bedrooms. Shaggie Den and Kip MacLyne are both kingsize rooms with showers, and Keltie Den is a super king which can be split into twins, has a sofa and a large shower room.
The gardens are large and have facilities to eat outside in good weather and are perfect for children to play in. Monzie Estate is on your doorstep with plenty of scope for walks, and the wider area of beautiful Perthshire just has to be explored!
Most importantly you will have peace, quiet an openness of the countryside to really unwind and rejuvenate.

Mill House is located just a few miles from the town of Crieff. Here you’ll find a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Crieff is also home to the Highland games during the month of August. The area offers a great deal of outdoor activities.
Golf is available at several courses in the area including the Gleneagles Golf Courses. We are ideally suited for fishing holidays as there are several rivers in the area including the Tay and the Earn.
We also have other accommodation available on the property including East Gatehouse Lodge, which sleeps 4 and is unique being the original castle gatehouse, Brae Cottage which features a hot tub in a fabulous romantic setting for two. Glowry Cottage sleeps 5 and is therefore a perfect getaway for families. To sleep 4 and tucked away in a hidden part of the estate we have Gardener’s Cottage.
